Limited Warranty Certificate

This Limited Warranty is offered by our company to ensure peace of mind and confidence in the durability and craftsmanship of your outdoor system. It covers defects in materials and workmanship in newly installed products and is valid for the original purchaser. The warranty is also transferable to future property owners, provided that the conditions and procedures outlined in this certificate are followed.

Warranty Coverage Periods

Structural Components

Primary load-bearing elements such as louvers, beams, posts, and gutters are protected for a period of 15 years from the date of installation. This coverage applies under normal usage and maintenance and addresses material or manufacturing defects.

Surface Coating (Powder Coating Finish)

The electrostatic powder coating applied to aluminum parts is warranted for 15 years against peeling, blistering, or chipping. In high-risk environments with elevated acidity (e.g., coastal regions or industrial zones with chemical vapors), this warranty is reduced to 10 years, as such conditions may accelerate wear. This warranty aligns with the coating manufacturer’s own terms and applies under regular environmental conditions.

Electrical Components

Control Units: 2 years

Motors: 5 years

LED Lighting, Cables, Light Panels: 2 years

These components are warranted against material and workmanship defects under normal usage.

Fabric Elements

All fabric-based components are warranted for a period of 5 years from the installation date. This applies under standard conditions and does not cover misuse or excessive wear.

Mechanical & Moving Parts

A 5-year warranty is provided on mechanical systems, including all moving elements. Six months after installation, a complimentary inspection and maintenance check is included. To maintain warranty validity, the customer must schedule annual inspections from year two onward, for which a service fee will apply.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to issues that are not the result of manufacturing or material defects. The following are not covered:
  • Improper installation not performed by our certified team

  • Accidental damage, abuse, misuse, negligence

  • Lack of proper cleaning or maintenance

  • Modifications or third-party repairs

  • Discoloration or fading due to prolonged sun exposure

  • Environmental damage (salt air, chemical vapors, etc.)

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, hail, fire, etc.)

  • Structural damage caused by failure to follow storm preparation protocols

Important: In the event of extreme weather or named storms, the system must be set to a safe position: louvers fully open (90°), retractable roofs fully retracted, and zip screens fully rolled up. Ignoring these instructions may void the warranty.

In case any product line or part becomes discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative of similar quality and functionality.

Warranty Claim Process

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering a potential defect. The customer must provide:

  • A copy of the original sales agreement or invoice
  • A clear and detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the problem if applicable

No repair or modification should be made before our technical team inspects the issue. Unauthorized work may void the warranty. Following inspection, we will offer a solution within 30 business days, which may include repair or replacement at no cost. The total liability will not exceed the original purchase price, including installation.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

Proper care and regular cleaning are essential to protect your investment and keep your system functioning properly:

Basic Cleaning

Rinse with a garden hose and wipe gently with a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid using abrasive pads.

Deeper Cleaning

Mix warm water with a gentle soap (like dish detergent) and use a soft-bristle brush to clean. Always rinse thoroughly after washing each section.

Mold/Mildew Removal

Use a solution of 1 part bleach to 4 parts water for spot-cleaning affected areas. Rinse well afterward.

Do Not Use

Avoid pressure washers, strong acids (acetic, phosphoric, etc.), and harsh chemical agents, especially those with a high pH or concentrated alkalis. These can degrade both surface coating and structural integrity.

By following these simple steps, your system will continue to perform and look great for many years.
